OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow a limited 24 hour window for order cancellations once your order is placed. At that time, the design process immediately begins. I begin to personalize your stationery to your every specification, and materials are ordered specifically for your items. For that reason, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We do not accept personalized items to be returned for any reason. Items that are not personalized may be returned to us in new, unused condition. All shipping charges that are accrued due to shipping back unused merchandise must be paid for by the customer. All returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date. We do not accept exchanges.
